Love this. Although you focus on the clunkers, he has been in some very excellent movies as well. He is able to bring out the depth in the human condition. The struggle, the fight. That is why we love his acting. He is extremely gifted to "save" some of the bad scripts he is working with, but that may be the key that interests him-finding the nuggets of truth in a story.
