It’s A “Gloomy Day for America”
On this we can agree (written on the day of 3rd indictment)
I watched Fox News today, so you didn’t have to. I made it about 10 minutes until I had to turn the channel away. Not because I can’t handle a second opinion of the events of today, but the blatant Trump victimization by a “news outlet” made me nauseous.
I miss the days when the FCC guarded over the airwaves. This insured the public was given factual information, free from bias and extraordinary spin. Yet, each time I turn on Fox News, I am astounded at the lack of journalistic integrity and irresponsible “reporting.”
Today history was made when a former President has been indicted on four counts of a concerted effort of overthrowing an election and the government of the United States. It’s not about his First Amendment rights, it’s about his breaking the law and trying to utilize his loyal followers to overthrow the lawful government. Most of the facts in this matter have been collaborated by his associates and witnessed on live television by the American public.
I was curious what the FOX News talking points would be and the reporters/anchors delivered more verbal insanity than I expected.
