It seems Medium never answers any questions on anything, much less accounatability of their own…

Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Medium’s support team over the past six weeks regarding this abrupt change, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication leaves me with unanswered questions and a sense of uncertainty about the platform’s future direction.
