Why would one of Hollywood’s top grossing actors quit acting?

To be an artist, of course. After making Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Jim Carrey says he is taking a break from acting and is done with the business.

“I really like my quiet life, and I really love putting paint on canvas, and I really love my spiritual life, and I feel like — and this is something you might never hear another celebrity say as long as time exists — I have enough,” he said. “I’ve done enough. I am enough,” Jim Carrey

He’s made enough money for a lifetime, and unless a fabulous project comes across his desk, he will continue to do his authentic digital art.
