A Creative Space

I am creating a creative space. After two years of unforeseen working from home, I am regrouping to create the right environment for being creative. Now I am spending all my time on organizing, planning, ordering and now painting the room.

I realize this is taking place of the actual writing itself. Darn, the New Year’s resolution is foiled again.

I am stopping every paragraph to look at furniture. I am selecting lights, equipment and endlessly moving furniture.

I am spending all my energy on the creative space and no energy on being creative in my writing. Why am I letting the space take over the creative?
